Welcome to GazetteGuru! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GazetteGuru's Website and documentation prep services.

1. Terms of Engagement

By accessing this website and engaging our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

GazetteGuru is a private documentation consultancy. We compile, format, and review dossier packages for Gazette publication on behalf of our clients. Engaging our services does not establish an attorney-client relationship, nor does it guarantee government approval if documents are legally deficient.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and genuine identity proofs and address records.
• Verifying that the proposed name change is not intended to escape criminal prosecution, debt collection, or civil liabilities.
• Attending calls and executing/signing the drafted affidavits before local notary authorities.

3. Fees and Refunds

All service fees charged by us are for documentation prep, formatting review, newspaper booking coordination, and status tracking. Professional fees are earned once document drafts (affidavits and ads) are sent to the client.

Refunds are not issued for government delays, publication queue hold-ups, or if the client fails to submit their physical package to the Delhi Gazette office after receiving the compiled dossier from us.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall GazetteGuru be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from delays in government publication, rejection of petitions by the official Gazette office, or formatting discrepancies in printed newspaper ads.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
