While we maintain a high success rate and verify every file to ensure compliance with Ministry guidelines, the final authority to publish a name change in the Gazette of India rests solely with the official Gazette authority in Delhi.
GazetteGuru cannot guarantee publication timelines or pre-empt rejections if the client provides falsified information, conflicting documents, or is subject to criminal prosecution which disqualifies them from legal name change publication.
